Utilizing medium-frequency electromagnetic induction (50–2000 Hz), the furnace enables fast melting, precise temperature control, and stable metallurgical quality. Available in capacities from 2.5t to 15t, each unit comes with a complete control and cooling system, offering compact layout, energy savings, and lower emissions. With more than 30 years of field experience, LIWEI ensures reliable solutions for both standard and customized melting requirements.
Each LIWEI induction furnace includes all essential components—power inverter, reactor, capacitor group, water-cooled cables, and HMI-based control desk. The system also features leakage detection, hydraulic tilting, and smart monitoring to ensure safe and steady operation.
Compared to arc furnaces, this system offers shorter melting cycles and higher energy efficiency while producing less noise and emissions. Its compact footprint is ideal for facilities with limited space, and its low-maintenance design keeps long-term operating costs down.
Whether using scrap steel, pig iron, or alloy additives, the furnace maintains uniform heating and minimizes alloy element loss. Built-in water-cooling and stainless-steel protection extend equipment lifespan even under continuous-duty conditions.
