Product Features


Advanced Mold Technology with Integrated Electromagnetic Control

The mold section includes steel leakage prediction, multi-mode electromagnetic stirring, and braking systems. These technologies promote uniform solidification, enhance floatation of non-metallic inclusions, and improve bloom surface integrity. Automatic mold liquid level control and protective slag feeding systems further stabilize the casting process and reduce operator workload.


Intelligent Secondary Cooling and Electromagnetic Stirring

Our bloom caster incorporates light pressure technology near the end of solidification, paired with advanced electromagnetic stirring in both secondary and end zones. This configuration helps eliminate center segregation, reduce porosity, refine grain structure, and enhance the internal metallurgical quality of blooms—especially critical for bearing steel, gear steel, and other high-performance grades.


Digital Automation and Continuous Monitoring

A full suite of control technologies—including HMI-based interface, mold level control, tundish temperature monitoring, automatic water distribution, and slag detection—ensures real-time regulation of casting parameters.
