Our Continuous Casting Machine for billets, casting radius from R2M to R12M, can cast billets with sections from 80mm2 to 260mm2, from common steel to alloy steel. It’s type can be Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) with ladle turret, CCM with ladle-moving car, CCM with fixed ladle support. So we can provide the large-scale and medium-sized steel-making factory with the appropriate continuous casting line by these types of CCM. In a recent years, we have developed a mini-sized Continuous Casting Machine, adapt to the medium, small-scaled steel-making factory. This type of CCM is found to be of simplicity and practicality, settling the restriction of the casting radium to the height of the steel-making workshop, and greatly lowering the investment cost and construction period of this production line.

We also product the Continuous Casting Machine for blooms and rounds, from Ф100mm to Ф380mm and our Ladle Furnaces has many types, with ladle fixation, ladle moving car; design capacity being from 10MT to 50MT; one-arm-three-phase type and three-arm-three-phase type. We can also manufacture Electric Arc Furnaces from 10MT to 60MT. Our products are distributed to everywhere of China and many countries in the Southeast Asia.
